Bit of a tricky one! I actually started stretching my lobes back in October 2011. I then stopped, mostly because I didn’t have the fund to commit, and I was still unsure that it would suit me. So I got to 2mm and popped back down to 1.6mm piercings.

I started again seriously in June 2012, when my lobes happily accepted 2.4mm tapers, so it’s taken me just under 10 months to get to 10mm, and even then my right ear had trouble catching up! The speed is different for different people, and I do have pretty small lobes!
